Obama is still reluctant to commit US ground troops to fight ISIS, but if John Key is looking at providing airlift services it starts to sound like ground troops are closer than being admitted.

If we’re going to do airlifting I’d imagine there’s something to airlift. Perhaps President Obama is trying to amass the largest international coalition possible before taking a decision on US troops. Turkey’s willingness to provide military support should help tremendously in this respect.
